Things I'm Tired of Hearing

1) Hey, Sarah, can we play a game?

2) Hey, Sarah, what are you going to do when you finish eating, bathing, reading, etc?

3) Prepare for the worst, hope for the best.

4) Let's watch, "Sister Act", "The Wedding Video", or "My Big Fat Greek Wedding"

5) It could have been a lot worse.

And the final thing I absolutely might go into hives if I here one more time because it almost made me go into hives when I heard it the first time...

7) Hunker Down

dude now i havent been battered with the 'canes this year but i will say: i hear that!!! i have heard my lifetime maxium of those phrases...though i have a few id like to add:
1) We were high 'n dry (big in bayou)
2) Protects your pets/plants
3) Catastrophic (dude its new orleans we are hanging on by a thread ...we know...you dont need to tell us...we live here with full knowledge of our crapy climate and alititude...cut the crap we are all here for one reason cheap booze...
4) Hurricane Betsy or hurricane Camile yes i know they were horrible storms and im sad too that all those dumbasses who staying in their canoe died but again cut the crap there dead you cant bring them back...those stoms were 35-45years ago...i dont care anymore!!!
5) CONTRAFLOW: this is a term they made up that means that they have opened the interstate to go only i one direction, out of here! problem is if you sit on your fat ass and wait till the last minute to change the flow of traffic it doesnt make a damn bit of difference does it, Blanco, you stupid waste of skin who couldnt talk her way out of a paper bag! Gees Grace...I could just pick out who was saying each of those lovely items in your "shelter". I feel really bad that you've had to go through that so many times now.
My rents wanted me to come up for Frances and I said no way...and it was good. I was actually alone with Delaney this time and again, it was good. You should come chill at our place next time :-P.

(Hopefully there won't be a next time)

Ok, I misspelled that one "hear" in the post...I was looking at the title of the post. GEEZ. Just because of the hullabaloo about it, I'm going to leave it there and let it bother ruthie.
